Christmas Break!!!

Merry Christmas Everyone! And Happy Holidays!

Well, here I am after finishing my first semester of college! I ended up with two B's and five A's. Not too shabby. Plus I made the Dean's List. That's even better. All in all, it was a good semester. It's been fun hanging out with friends and doing goofy things. College is great, except for the studying part. haha. I've done so much in such a short amount of time, it's hard to keep it in my poor little brain. So I'm going to try and summarize...

Here are just a few things that I did. I played mafia and many other fun games at Game Night for Wesley, played on a flag football team, watched a bunch of movies (some I would have rather not seen), played for an ultimate Frisbee team, went to many of the church organizations on campus, had many a laugh at Saga, had plenty of girls nights, watched a meteor shower, went to Waffle House at two in the morning, navigated a corn maze, played Sardines on front campus, played Wii and killed everyone this one time with Kirby(:D), and went on so many trips to Wal-Mart that I've lost count.

And that was all stuff unrelated to my actual school work. Things included in this category were observing a classroom (watching a teacher teach at Early College at GCSU), reading tons of things for my Ethics class, going to a school board meeting, watching a play, and debating with my English teacher about homosexuality. It's been an interesting year me thinks.

With 2010 just around the corner (Is it really????), I'm excited to see what God will do with my life. I pray that He will continue to be in the center of my life and that I will not be led astray by all the things influencing me at school. I know Satan is going to try his best to tare me away from the path, and if I'm not careful, he may very well succeed. But as long as I lean on God and walk in His ways, I know I will be able to stand firm because I have the God of the universe on my side! Who do you have on yours?

I'm looking forward to a pleasant Christmas and a fun New Year. Thank you God for all You've given me!

Peace to you all,

Keri Lynn

No fears, Keri Lynn. God is more powerful than anything the world has to offer.
